I laughed so much I have tears running down my cheeks and my tummy hurts from reading it!

All the more poignant if you've been on a virgin flight to India as I have and I recognise those pictures!!

    Brilliant
    Thanks op

    A great letter!

Having stepped off a Virgin flight from Orlando this morning I know exactly how he was feeling. The breakfast muffin tasted as if it has a disc of rubber inside which they claimed was an egg. Not impressed at all, however I will give them a plus mark for serving Gu chocolate puddings on the way out.

I really like Virgin flights, and okay the main meal and the biscuit looked like a problem but as any Indian will tell you the rest was just Gujerati food.

I would recommend the dhokla (sponge shafts) to anyone, served with mint chutney and tomato ketchup. Yum.

Perhaps a British airline would do well to serve British food and continue to offer Halal/etc as an additional and pre selected option.

That said Virgin food is one of the worst in the airline industry (from what i have experienced)
  • haha this one is good but doesn't beat the tampax complaint :rotfl:

    Have a happy period :rotfl:
