If you go onto Guardian.com, it is not the newspaper, but some weird design place. Could this be a Virus ?? My virus checker has checked it and nothing has come up, but i`m bambozzled by it.

Tried to reply to email, but it says `path unknown`.

I'm of the opinion that...........if I didn't contact this person/organisation first, it is unsolicited mail which I will delete without opening. Better to be safe than sorry.;)

Trace the source to see if its from the company or not could be a scam.

it's suspicious. Dump it. There are viruses that will get past your defences as though they don't exist, and your virus scanner will not be able to detect it.

My rule - never, ever, ever, open a .zip or .exe file which comes as an attachment to an e-mail (particularly an e-mail from an unknown source).

Delete it (and delete it from your deleted box) immediately.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
