Reclaim Credit Card Charges Template Letters

Hi Gang!
I've tried several times now attempting to download the template letters, so far no luck.
I've sent an email to moneysaving expert and have had no response.
If you have the templates could you be so kind enough to send them to me "robgaz@gmail.com" if you would do this I would be extremely grateful.
