Bank charges, want to reclaim, on JSA

Hi,
thanks for reading my post and i hope you can help.
I went on job seekers in november and since then have been given over £100 in bank charges. some months been given two charges. one at £28 the other at £35. I was never warned about the charges and sometimes the charges issued have put me over my account limit and resulted in another charge the month after. I want to reclaim these charges and put a stop to them. I did have a budget all worked out so i could survive on only £45 a week, but the charges have obviously made it impossible to stick to the budget. Im now stuck as i dont know what to do or where to start! I have read previous posts but have become confused, hence the new thread!
am I even allwed to name and shame the bank?
are they allowed to take such high charges? even when im on jsa?
