got my 6years worth of statements, but there not all here, what do i do?

from first going into Lloyds and asking for there headoffice address to demand my statements, i was refused the address. The lady said she wasnt liable to give the information out, then asked what i wanted it for. i told her and she said she could do it 'internally.' so i ordered them. she said there would be a charge but my BF piped up the data protection act and she sat in silence. she confirmed that she ordered them and said they would come in many letters.
10 days letter i have 6 envelopes. i was expecting much more, surely!!
anyway theres about 1-2 months of each of the 6 years i requested. i had a hefty charge come out about april last year which they have convieniently not sent.
how do i go about this? i obviously cant reclaim it all back if i dont know the true amount?

Do you mean there are 1-2 months of each year missing?

Have these been supplied free or did you pay £10 for a DPA SAR request
