What is the best mini ISA account.

Hello there,
I was hoping someone could offer me a bit of advice, I currently have a mini ISA with HSBC which i opened in store around 2 years ago. I have £4100 in it at the moment and am getting around £13 a month in interest.
Is this a good deal and if not where and how should i move money to.
Any comments would be greately appreciated.
