Help over company supposed to be reclaiming for me.

Hi........in August 2008 i hired a reclaiming company 'i-sm@rt' to claim on my behalf for 10%, anyway they say they have successfully secured my claim and are now asking for there fee several times through the post and by email, i have not yet recieved my money from who i am claiming off and ismart must send me a form to sign to allow the completion of claim saying i agree, which they still have not sent me.....i have spoken to 5 different people at ismart asking for this form and each one including a manager has said they have sent it even by email and fax and it still has not arrived.

I am now starting to think something is up..what, i'm not sure.

so they are asking you to pay them their fee without you first having sight of proof that they have recovered your money ? Sounds dodgy to me - if they had recovered your money why could they not deduct their agreed fee and forward you the balance ? Please be very careful and think hard before sending any payment to them !

I suspect if you pay their fee they will run and you will not receive a penny - hope I am wrong.
