Want to move a number of Cash ISA

My mum wants to move 3 Cash ISA she has that are paying crap rates, can she transfer all 3 into a better paying ISA or not?

Yes she can if she can find a provider that will accept TRANSFERS and are paying a decent rate.0

Kent Reliance are paying 3.01% for a non-passbook ISA and will accept transfers in from other providers. You may be able to find a higher rate elsewhere but Kent Reliance have often appeared in the Most Consistent Providers table, and whilst they don't offer short-term bonuses, they do act fairly when interest rates rise or fall, so it you don't want to be checking your rate constantly, they're worth considering.0

Kent Reliance are indeed consistent and are usually efficient as well. I would not really be attracted by 4 or 5 year fixed rates at present as future interest rates and inflation are very unpredictable and you may find yourself locked into something very unattractive in 18 months or 2 years time.0
