Can i Claim?

i am in my overdraft, every month i am getting bank charges for going over it (by about £10 tops) and get chaged £30 pretty much every month..

this has been going on for a while now and i am hoping i can re claim all my charges.

Am i still able to do this or will the bamk get funny? if so what are the consequences (sp).

I cannot believe someone can go just £10.00 over EVERY month and not see that the easy solution is just not to do it. Maybe Im too thick and am missing something.

You do not know the OP's situation and therefore should not make idiotic suggestions like 'just don't do it'.

OP, yes you should be able to try and claim your bank charges back. I'm no expert on it as have only just sent my letter off myself. There are template letters on MSE that will help you.
