i reclaimed my bank charges years ago when it first came out that you could they paid me all i was owed and i signed saying i had it all but now ive got loads more charges since them and wondered if i can re- reclaim?
also i have a account with great universal and owe them £100 and the charges i have had are about £100 so want to know if i can claim these charges the same as banks as i wrote a letter saying i wanted them back but they just said they wont?
