Its official! We are at the anger stage of the crash! STAGE 2 OF 5.

Is it me or are the bulls a little narky and have been for the last week or so?
The classic sign of a crash shows due to this we are only at stage 2 of 5 so it seems there is still a long while to go until we hit the bottom. ;)

All in jest, might i add. ;)

behave yourself, have you noticed how many 1-post wonders (usually providing exaggerated bad news) are appearing with new threads? ;)

but seriously, careful with the linking of the two (someone dying and a "bull") as it could be described as in bad taste to say the least

"The Kübler-Ross model first introduced by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross in her 1969 book "On Death and Dying", describes, in five discrete stages, a process by which people allegedly deal with grief and tragedy, especially when diagnosed with a terminal illness."

    Or alternatively...

Depression... Loss of temper... forgetfulness... exquisite happiness... and then death (after having jumped in a corner).

    Mortgage-free Glee!
There is alot of scaremongering going on, both on this board and in the papers. Much of it is obviously untrue and is for party political advantage. It's bound to annoy people.

The piece was written for the US market and as we are a few months behind them then no, it is accurate.

Also, estate agents will have you believe we had stage 5 a long time ago. ;)

chucky, whilst it is clearly NOT my intention to link the two (the Kubler-Ross is widely used with comparison to HPC) you will also notice the last sentence i wrote in my original post?

of course I saw and read the end of your post :)
that why i added "but seriously" in the second part of my post.
you're not the type of poster to be that insensitive and desperate to put a point across.

however, with my tongue firmly in my cheek i have to say that you "bears"/""eternal renters" are getting quite desperate in the threads and links that you have posted recently. :p

coincidently it's people with one post that are starting these threads, can't you use your own user names ;)
