StevieJ - this just adds to how accurate the system is. As we swoop into stage 2 this follows on from stage 1 which was denial, i.e. sellers hoping to get 2007 prices. There is no doubt that (around here at least) pricing is at least becoming easier to stomach.

The piece was written for the US market and as we are a few months behind them then no, it is accurate.

Also, estate agents will have you believe we had stage 5 a long time ago.
Some people on here was calling the change from as long ago as July last year;)
