R40 tax rebate

I submitted my R40 for the year ending April 09 on the 8th April and received the refund payment two weeks later.
blimey that was quick! It usually takes 5-6 weeks in my experience. For example tax year 07-08 I sent the R40 on 17th April, received refund 5th June. This tax year, 08-09, I sent the form on 6th April and the refund cheque arrived on 18th May.0 -
Am I right in thinking that I cannot claim back tax deducted from share dividends, even though I am a non-taxpayer?

Yes, you are - it used to be allowed at one stage but no longer
