Is there anything practical any of us can do to help?"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
Morning
Felt rotten yesterday so stayed at home curled up on the sofa feeling sorry for myself!
Have my obstetric physio appointment today for the SPD so I'm hoping for lots of coping strategies for that.
My blood sugars are still all over the place (well high) and the [strike]no[/strike] low carb plan to keep them low is obviously not working. I can foresee being prescribed insulin (no you can't have any bookie)! I'm dreading that cos I'm the one who drives and it might stuff up our holiday to scotland which I'm really looking forward to BUT I want Evie to be safe and healthy too
Oh well, only got another 3 hours to go before I leave for my appointment so I think I'll pretend to do some work for a bit!
Hope all is well

Thanks Pookie. Not really. It's just the economic climate really and I need to make decisions fairly soon but need a bit of help with that. I think I'm getting some advice.
Good luck Cat - I hope they sort it all out for you.0 -
Update - just for Bookie;)
Hob GLEAMING - 2 words ladies (and Len) - Cillit Bang - left a cloth soaked in CB over the really stubborn bits overnight and they had vanished this morning...
Oven - pregress made. Second dose applied (it was horrifyingly gross...) so need to wait 4 hours for that to do its magic...
Hmmm. Might tackle bathroom as no point in cleaning kitchen surfaces until all the grease busting is done with. Cuppa first though...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

Not to worry - the strongest is the oven stuff and it is low odour minimum contact stuff. Basically pour it on, swish it around and walk away for a few hours then go back and wipe off. It really has been that easy...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
