I'm now officially chilling - cup of tea, left over crumble and custard from last night in front of me. HUbbles should be home half sixish as he's in Glasgow not Edinburgh this week...
Tomorrow would be good...

Put the overnight bag in the car yet?

Physio was really good - a lot of what she said made sense but the best bit was sitting on the gym/birth ball, so am going to dust off the gym ball downstairs and sit on that from now on! Was told off for not practising pelvic floor exercises so am sat here now doing some as I type:o
I use a gym ball Cat and it helps a lot to alleviate sore back and hip...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
