Free Prize Draw Terms and conditions

The survey and the free prize draw is organised by The Abu Dhabi Tourist Authority.

1. Entries to the free prize draw can only be submitted via the registration form on wrc.com following completion of the survey.
2. All entries must be received by January 31st 2009.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
4. Entry excludes employees of the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, members of their families, their agents and anyone connected with the competition.
5. No more than one entry per person.
6. Entries will be entered into a draw which will take place on February 2nd 2009.
7. The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Arrangements for collecting the prize will be confirmed with the winner, if the prize requires travel the winner must have appropriate documentation (including but not limited to visas and passports).
9. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered.
10. There are no cash alternatives or cash substitutes for the prize.
11. The prize includes flights to and from the country of the rally as well as accommodation (on Friday and Saturday night) and transportation during the trip.
12. The prize does not include transfers to and from the airport in the winner's home country.
13. The prize includes a one day hosted tour including a stage visit, lunch and service area tour.
14. Hotel accommodation will be of 3 - 4 star quality
15. The prize does not include breakfast, evening entertainment, or evening meals during the trip.
16. The winner must pay all additional costs not included in the prize.
17. The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority accepts no liability for any losses in relation to the cancellation of the event. Neither International Sporstworld Communicators Limited ("ISC") who operate this website nor the Abu Dhabi Tourist Authority accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting the prize. Neither ISC nor Abu Dhabi Tourist Authority is responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any nature that may result in failure of any entry to be received. Nothing shall exclude ISC or Aubu Dhabi Tourist Authority's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
18. By entering the competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority has the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.
20. Any personal data collected as part of this competition will be used only for notifying the winner and delivering the prize and will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
21. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
