Argos Additions

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I have got an Argos account. I still have £550.00 to @ 44.09%. I asked them for a copy of my credit agreement. I have just got a letter back today to say that they have lost it. What can I do now. Please help me.

    Hi Soggy, i'm thinking of doing the same thing as I have an account with Additions thats on about £411, can I ask the address you sent your request to?

    Jus to add, does anyone know if Additions' PPI is automatically added to your account when you open it like its compulsory?? I can't find much about it in the t&c - fact i can only find the word 'protection' a handful of times - and was curious to know as it would have been an option when first opening an account??

    What exactly does the letter say? Presumably it doesn't say "We have lost it?" Do they give an indication of whether it is permanently or temporarily lost? And when did you start the account?

    Just to bump this up, does anyone know who to make the cheque out to for Additions?? Would it be Additions or maybe Shop Direct or Littlewoods?!?!
