I have got an Argos account. I still have £550.00 to @ 44.09%. I asked them for a copy of my credit agreement. I have just got a letter back today to say that they have lost it. What can I do now. Please help me.
Thanks

Well i guess that depends... technically you could tell them the debt is unenforcable if they can't provice you the with CCA - however if you don't pay they can put a default on your account and then you can fight them to have it taken off...
MY advice (and I know some people will disagree
) is to point out to them you are aware of your rights etc and therefor you would like them to meet you half way: You will pay back the amount you owe but they will stop and take off any interest

This is a shocking rate. If GB wanted to help the economy, he'd stop the vultures preying and tighten up the criteria for lending.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
