Homelet UK (https://www.homeuk.com) pay your gas, electricity and water bills for £97.50 (2 bed house) a month. Does this represent good value for money? Are there similar services elsewhere?

We would be £40+ a month worse off with a three bedroom house and water meter.  Could be very good for a large family without a water meter. Needs thorough checking.
