Can you reclaim charges, even if you've already done so before?

Hi,

I reclaimed bank charges from the halifax about 18 months ago, but have stupidly incurred a number of charges in a very short amount of time.

although i know i signed something saying i accept ts & cs etc, what experiences have other people had 2nd time round?

i know it was stupid, but does anyone know if anything can be done? barring waiting the outcome of the test case..

It has been done very often before. I'm sure someone will post a little lecture about learning your lesson, but to answer your question, yes you can.
