Benificial Finance & Welcome Finance

Hi

Just wanting some general advice i have made a claim for ppi from Benificial finance regarding a loan which i took out with them have sent them 2 letters but no reply.
Also wrote a complaint letter to Welcome Finance regarding data protection as they left an answer phone message on my house phone saying to call back if i wanted any more funds to my existing loans. Not had any reply.

Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar happened and any advice on what to do next

Did you actually write by using the template on this site Paul?

They have 8 weeks in total to respond to your complaints.

Please do you mind telling me when you had sent the letter(s)? and if you posted by recorded delivery?

I have heard that Welcome are no longer lending out any money.

It appears that the only loans Welcome are writing are for cars purchased off their own forecourts at this time.
