    Who is your ISP, normally the ISP's website will give you all the settings and you should be able to do it from there if you want to connect to a existing account.

    If you need a new email inbox you need to set on up with the ISP then floow the instructions.

    If you can give more details (without publishing your email address) we can take it from there.
