1. The prize is for a two-night stay at the hotel Disini in Montpellier, plus an evening meal for two. Transport to and from Montpellier is not included.
2. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
3. This free prize draw closes 28/02/2009 and all entries must be received on or before that date.
4. The prize draw will take place on 06/03/2009 and the winner will be notified via email by 10/03/2009.
5. The prize is subject to availability.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
7. The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the promoter or their affiliates.
8. The prize is valid between 15/03/2009 and 31/12/2009.
9. Transport to and from Montpellier is the responsibility of the prize-winner and their travelling companion.
