Multipurpose Cleaner
1/4 cup baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
1 cup household ammonia
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 gallon warm water
Mix ingredients and store in tightly capped container.
You could miss out the ammonia, but that does make the cleaning fluid a very good degreaser
I mix the ingredients in a bucket outside as warm water + ammonia is quite choking. The other way is to mix the bicarb with warm water to dissolve, then add cold water to make up to a gallon, the vinegar and ammonia.
You can add half to one cup of washing soda at the warm water stage, as well as or instead of the ammonia.0 -
I just make up a solution of Milton (well, stores own brand sterilizing fluid is cheaper) - approx 1tsp to 1 pint water and put in a spray bottle. Cheap as chips

Careful if using zoflora around cats, its highly toxic if not diluted properly.
I use water, stardrops and vinegar for the kitchen and bathroom, if i`m cleaning tiles i add a drop of bleach and spray the surface then leave for an hour before wiping off. Works well and no elbow grease required
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0
