MBNA Balance transfer fee going to 5%

Just had a new letter off mbna stating cheques, cash and money/balance transfers will now have a 5% fee attatched from the 1st april, no maximum charge too!

Oh and min payment will be the balance if below £25 or minimum £25 otherwise.

Typical mbna hey! Given up on putting everyones interest up so they hike everything else!

They increased my minimum repayment to £25 ages ago. I thought it was across the board. Mine was a standard Mastercard.

They have just unexpectedly increased my credit limit though!

Seems this varies by customer. My Platinum Plus Rewards visa card BT fee is going up on the same date, but only to 4%. Also getting the £25 minimum payment. OTOH, my standard APR is currently 17.9% rather than the 15.9% some have.

my apr is still 8.9% after several attempts by them to raise it, but i have the 5% balance transfer fee from april!
