Sky News saying PO account holders not covered by UK protection

Just seen this message on the yellow ticker at the bottom of the screen on Sky News. What is going on?

A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. In latter part of career specialising in commercial - mostly business sales.

Thanks for the quick reply and I must of missed that bit of news in papers. So now do I leave my money with the PO or moveit to a UK bank???????
