should i change from a capped rate now that prices are going down?

hi all im with eon i changed last year just in time b4 the rates started going up ive got a capped deal til oct 09 should i come out of this now it is costing me £20 extra a month just for having this what do ewes think?

    What are the rates per kWh that you are paying now? + discounts and standing charges(if any)

    What tariff do you feel might be cheaper? - I doubt if the newly reduced BG tariffs will be cheaper. However the only way is to check prices.
