    And £1000 makes it £11800.

I have just received a letter from them. I dare not open it. I feel a bit sick actually. YUK!

Aw don't feel sick - you have been doing so well and although they consider you to be behind on payments, I am sure there are other people who don't make an effort to pay at all.

They should be applauding you, not having a go!

What does that mean - what was the agreement? What are they saying will happen now?

In fact, what planet are they on? Surely if someone is trying to pay and paying regularly, it would be accepted rather than sending stupid letters.

Oh no - just checked in to see what's happening. I can't beleive that. I hope it's an auto generated thing - perhaps they will make a new agreement with you as clearly you are willing and trying to pay.
    Hang on in there.
Please update us all when you can.

Spoke to them today. Even though i have paid a total of £12900 since the 4th January 2010 (I checked my bank statements) because i had the odd month where i paid them nothing they say I was in breach of the agreement to catch up on my arrears and my 2010 payments on account.

It was explained to them that i am not responsible for my cash flow - i bill it and then have to wait to be paid. Not their problem was their initial response.

Happily they have now reinstated the agreement. If i get a slow month and can't pay them anything i have to ring them and tell them or they will breach me and issue county court proceedings.

It was pointed out to them that since April/May when the payments were nil they have had a good few grand so i did not understand why they waited to now to do this. They said they sent me a letter (what letter? I never got it).

Never mind - i have to have £12k paid by the end of January - 2k a month.

Blasted tax - its a never ending cycle and once you get behind its really hard to catch up.

So stressful. Maybe the government is so desperate that they are after all of us - even if we do our very best.

Thank you all so much for your kind words :A

Lets see how long this crisis is averted for.

I wish i could win the lottery.

Ok - slightly lean times again but it is expected cos i have changed cities and have to re-develop my client base a bit.

But I have transferred £200 today to make my total £13,100 so far.

Hope you are all ok. I'm taking 2 weeks off from this weekend - I cannot wait. Its been a tough few months and i'm pooped x
