B&B login page hacked?

looks like the B&B login page is having some problems:

Nah, it's just an issue with not calling up the CSS file.
Web pages these days usually use what's known as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) files to set up the presentation of the site in terms of spacing, structuring, colours, images, etc.
The B&B page looks exactly like what would happy if the CSS wasn't being called.
So, no, I don't think it looks hacked - just sloppy web development work.
