refusal to answer questions isn't a 'technical issue'

the bad attitude of staff isn't a 'technical issue'

not recording 3 telephone conversations isn't a 'technical issue'

in my case it's 'operator issues' or 'operator attitude problems'

Not all telephone conversations are recorded - they state that they may be recorded, not tht they WILL be recorded. It is not the same as the Tax Credit office where you can get a copy of the recording as it is not used for this purpose.

I meant recorded as in 'input into the computer'
  • The gestapo keep records of everything - it's just that they rapidly destroy all information about any call that may prove embarrassing to them.

That's why we old lags always say:-

DON'T DEAL WITH THEM ON THE PHONE!!!

Insist on everything being in writing - that way they can't sustain any lies; they can't even argue over the semantics of the word "record". Tsk tsk K, I thought you were above that sort of stuff.
    Information is not knowledge.
    Knowledge is not wisdom.
    Wisdom is not truth.
    Truth is not beauty.
    Beauty is not love.
    Love is not music.
    Music is the best.

When I first became involved with them I dealt with them by telephone - now I know different, all contact is in writing only and if they call me I refuse to speak to them and tell them to put it in writing. The information I'm requesting is from the pre-awareness-of-how-corrupt-the-csa-are days

thanks for the advice tho !

Agreed, as you all know I only deal in writing with the idiots.

A friend of mine has personal experience of dealing with the fools on the phone. Guess what?.....no records of three important telephone conversations.

It was this persons experience that made me decide to deal with this corrupt organisation by way of written correspondance only.
  • I am very happy to say that 2 months after my case went to clerical and then getting my MP involved...i am finally going to get monthly maintenance payments via a voluntary deductions from earnings order! Though knowing my luck he will change jobs (if he is lucky to find another seen as there are no jobs about) or some how i wont get the money. It's only taken 13 years!!

Seems i am due some sort of compensation payment too....though i wont hold my breathe!

Just goes to show that if you persevere you may well get the result you want.

Now you are getting to the bottom of this, you might like to put in a complaiint in writing saying that you intend to take the case to ICE. They then have to address your complaint in a given time frame usually 21 days, though this can and usually dose.

When you have your answer from them write to ICE the address should be on the bottom of the letter. If they uphold your complaint you will get a payment, though dont think it will be a life changing amount.

As a NRP I have taken these people, and I use the term in its looses form, to ICE and they have found in my favour on both occasions. On this you can look at geting a payment of in the region of £25.00 per point! Good luck.
