Samsung Netbook - Any Good?

I've been trawling around the shops and internet trying to find a decent netbook. I saw a Samsung NC10 that I liked. I've found it on Amazon for just £310. It is getting very good reviews on Amazon but I couldn't find any mention of Samsung in the sticky at the top or any recent postings here. Anyone got any experience, good or bad points about it before I go and blow my £300? It's spec is 1.6ghz processor, 160gb hard drive, 1gb ram, with windows XP - this spec is comparable with other netbooks of similar price.

you can get similar spec for less if you look at the acer aspire one but the keyboard isnt as nice the specs on netbooks are pretty much all the same celeron 800 or atom 1.6 hard drives 120 or 160GB unless you go for solid state drives which are a lot smaller. The samsung NC10 is highly rated so is a good buy and the £310 price tag is about right I havnt seen them for much less anywhere £1 maybe £2 less.
You can get netbooks for about £240 with the same spec the aspire on in blue at laptops direct here but the keyboard can be a little small compared to the NC10 it all depends if you plan to use it as a laptop replacement or an occasional use portable which is what they are really designed for anyway.0 -

If you do want a netbook, the NC10 is just about the best one available on the market now and its 6hr battery life is simply amazing.
You can get it from Dixons online using two promotional codes 'SALE25' and 'NET5' which bring the total from £309.97 to £287.1. Not too sure of the expiry date (I think 30/01/09), so be quick.0 -

No complaints, the keyboard is easy to use, speed is fast, I went by the reviews and am glad I did.
Very happy with my new baby0 -
I am on mine now, it been great for when I have been away on business and just looking around on the net.
The nc10 is by far the best I have seen and played around with.0 -
There is rumors of an NC20 coming next month with a 12" screen and different processor.
The NC10 is a very good machine but I would not pay over £290 for one there is a pink one due soon in Feb, Valentines Day.0
