I have bought a DVD from Play.com it arrived damaged. I thought instead of having to repackage and send it back and wait another week or so for another dvd I would just ring them up and ask for a small discount off the price saving time and money all round.
Big mistake. There seems to be only one number to ring a 0845 number which gets answered by a recording and you are left hanging on. No email address to write to on the invoice and I can't find an email address on the help page. Getting a bit fed up. Is it me?
Does anyone know of a Play.com email address where I write to and perhaps get a reponse?
