every day this case is going on further charges drop off the 6 year statute of limitation. win or loose they will keep this case going as long as its possible to do so.

Hmmm ... well, Barclays are expecting their pre-tax profits for 2008 to be £5.3m, so I'm fairly
certain they won't have too much of a problem finding the money if they were forced to
repay at least some of the unfair bank charges back to their customers!
I presume you mean 5.3 billion? Which in relation to 2006 (6.8 billion) and 2007 (7.1 billion ) shows a downturn.
Also remeber if a ruling is made it will be a blanket ruling and will impact all banks, those in strong and weak postions.0
