Anyone know of a simple piece of software to auto refresh my browser?

Avant browser has auto refresh built in.

It uses IE so so it's not as drastic as changing to Firefox or another browser.

I am looking for a browser where I can set the refresh rate. I.E. I could adjust my browser to refresh every 5secs or 30 secs whatever I choose. Thanks for all your replys everyone....
