help!!! bank charges

i wonder if anyone can help!!??
i have already completed and sent my bank charges claim letter, and got the usual garble back, but since i have incurred more bank charges, i am about to file a hardship request due to a massive overdraught at the same bank and the fact i am on maternity leave with twins and will not be returning to work and i will be left with a massive debt that i am unable to pay off! i wonder whether i have to keep sending letters to top up the amount i can claim back or whether they will do it automatically?
