  • why dont you copy and paste the information from the listing? with no details of car/make ebay user id or buyer id.

    Unless the issue is the fact you sold it as a rover 25 and it really a mg zr, cause that could offend many people

    My father puchased a car on Ebay last year and when he collected and paid the seller had a informal contract stating the car was being sold as seen for both parties to sign. My father was a little suspicious but it breezed the service and he has had no problems. Not sure if the document he signed would stand up in court but may be worth doing this on car sales via EBay.
