Piercing whistle in pipes when hot tap for bath is being run

I think this piercing whistle sound has just started since we took a radiator off for decorating, so I'm hoping it's going to be an easy fix.
When the hot tap on the bath is run theres a piercing whistling sound. It stops if we put the cold tap on full blast.
I'm assuming there's air trapped somewhere? Any ideas on how to stop it?

Is it a combi boiler or a conventional one?0

Where is the piercing whistle actually coming from? From the bath tap itself?0

It's a combi boiler.
You can't hear the whistling from inside the bathroom. Only from downstairs, it's either coming from the boiler itself or the pipes. The boiler is only 4 months old.0 -
Give the boiler installer a phone if it's only 4 months old.
I can't imagine it's trapped air causing the problem. Does running any other hot taps in the house cause the whistling?0
