Thanks Gemmzie, i might ask if i can borrow it on a kinda trial and see how i go.... it would have to be pretty good and sturdy to take my weight and lumbering running style but might be a good investment..... maybe big g would use it too, i dunno??? he reckons he can't run as is too big...I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0

Having said that, the sun is coming up, the kids are co-operating and my OH loves me (he just sent a txt to tell me). I am reasonably healthy, losing weight and staring to look like a sext momma!
