Bleary eyed , headachy, in stupid amounts of pain, and it's Monday.
Does it get any better than this????
Having said that, the sun is coming up, the kids are co-operating and my OH loves me (he just sent a txt to tell me). I am reasonably healthy, losing weight and staring to look like a sext momma!
How great is all that?????????

Good morning all

My offical take on this monday morning.........Blugh!

Yet another duvet day for me - DH has gone to work but just phoned to say he'll be coming home in a bit as he feels awful (I told him he shouldn't go and waste the petrol but would he listen? )

Just about to do the months meal plan, pay day for DH tomorrow so I'm trying a new approach of doing the whole months shop in one go (aside from fresh stuff that is)...wish me luck.

morning all - nothing to report today... feeling alright considering it's monday but i'm sure that will change!

Not going to runclub again on monday this week as i have decided the stress of it is too much.... feels good to have made that decision.

Will continue to go on a wednesday plus do something at the weekend. This weekend past i was lucky enough to get to go to luxurious JJB sports place with my friend Bernadette, she is a member, so i was going as a guest for £10 day pass thingy, but when we got there it was free!!! woo hoo!!!

Had lovely workout including mile on the tready (in 12 mins 30 secs, which is very fast for me!!), swim, steam room and so on....... so tempted to join but i know i wouldn't be able to free up enough me time to make use of it, plus it is in Aberdeen and would be too much travelling..... i did enjoy the gym though and will look into the local council one and see if it has all i need.... quite enjoyed tready running TBH, i know it's not the same but it was quite good....... and a good way to get more miles in.

A friend of mine is selling her tready, i said i wasn't intereted as didn't have room, but suddenly i am!! i know it would just be a clothes horse though wouldn't it??!

Morning all, I feel like carp today but have to go out later and try to be useful, bleh.

Maz - I think you'd use the tready, you run loads and it's a good way to keep motivated if it's peeing it down.
