Help needed: Scottishpower switch to online

I would like some advice please. I am with scottishpower and would like to manage my account online. To do so, this is giving me the option to sign up to a new service. Here are the options:

Online Energy - Capped Rate
Look forward to capped prices until 31st March 2010 with our Capped Price Energy April 2010 Offer. You'll have no more paper bills and a discount for managing your account online.

Online Energy - Capped Rate (No Standing Charge)
Look forward to capped prices until 31st March 2010 with our Capped Price Energy April 2010 Offer. You'll have no more paper bills and a discount for managing your account online. Our No Standing Charge option means that no daily service charge is applied to your fuel charges.

PriceSure online
Look forward to no price reviews until February 2010 with our PriceSure Energy Offer. You'll have no more paper bills and a discount for managing your account online.

PriceSure online NSC
Look forward to no price reviews until February 2010 with our PriceSure Energy Offer. You'll have no more paper bills and a discount for managing your account online. Our No Standing Charge option means that no daily service charge is applied to your fuel charges.

Manage your energy exclusively online and put yourself in control. You'll also have no more paper bills and a discount for managing your account online.

Help the environment by donating your combined Gas & Electricity Offer discount to the ScottishPower Green Energy Trust. You will have no more paper bills and a discount for managing your account online.

I am really not sure which one to go for. Your advice would be appreciated.

The above are all capped or fixed which probably means you'll have to pay a penalty to cancel. Current advice is not to fix at today's prices as prices are going down at present.

Standing Charge - you pay a daily charge and then x pence per kwh.
No Standing Charge - you pay more for the first x units in a quarter and then a lower price per kwh.

No real difference for most users - No standing charge proably better if your property is empty sometimes or you're a very low user.

That leaves you with going for the tariff with the lowest prices per kwh, if all other things (DD discount, duel fuel discount etc) are equal.
