My credit limit on mbna is £17k+, zero % till Nov. If i use a cc cheque (~£16k) to pay an estate agent, will this be treated as a cash advance?

why would you pay an estate agent 16K?
and why not just pay it into your current account?0 -
CC cheques are normally cash advances - occasionally there may be special offers
Sounds like you may have one - but there will still probably be a fee.
And there may be a limit to the % of your limit that can be a cash advance.0 -

I think he is looking to become a Land Lord...from another thread i've seen him post on
I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another, so please feel free to ignore this.0 -
As CLAPTON says, you could pay the cheque into your current account. However, the same terms are usually given for 'money transfers' with MBNA, which means they'll make a transfer of cash to your current account at 0%...easier?John_Brown wrote: »My credit limit on mbna is £17k+, zero % till Nov. One thing to watch out for though...the MBNA introductory offer may have a 60 day window for 0%. Are you now outside that period?0
