Hi Dave

I’m really sorry but the person you need to contact is *********. She is on annual leave until Monday 23 Feb. I have cc Kelly in this email so she knows what is going on. Kelly’s direct line no is ******.

I apologise for the further delay but trust Kelly will be able to assist you on Monday.

Well ... Yesterday I got an email from her giving her some more information. Today she rang me :O (she rang me!!! I know .. AMAZING ). She looked into it and said alot of stuff i don't understand haha .. but .. It looks like she has sent it off and I should hear within two weeks, I have her direct line if i have any problems, so I feel really good about it. She also said, Maybe, my payments will be backdated from september! so I'll get £20 (as i have already been paid £10 for ALG) for every week I have been at college since September! but that's just a maybe! fingers crossed eh? haha!

Nope, heard nothing yet

I emailed the woman about a week ago after not hearing since I posted in this thread and yeah nothing .... It seems like nothing is going to work tbh! really gets me angry!

I'm glad the guy in your college got his though, there is hope for some people grrr lol!

Yeah ...

Only good thing is that next year I will be applying again, and hopefully get the full £30 as I have not been working this lots this tax year! but still would like it back dated for this year lol, but tbh I have given up hope! what a terriblely ran service! :mad:
