Ryanair Online check in problems

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I was checking in online for my flight to Morocco this coming thursday with Ryanair and have printed out my outgoing boarding card, but there doesn't appear to be an option to print out my incoming flight boarding card, even though I am flying back the following thursday, so this is within the advertised 14 day check in period.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  • Try going into Manage My Booking again and once you've put in the email address and confirmation no put in flight from Morocco to your departure airport and it should come up?
  • Have you checked that you can do online check in from Morocco? AFAIK there are only certain airports that do it and the rest you have to check in at the desk.
  • This post says no online check in at Morrocco.
    I have a cunning plan!

Yep, came back last week, you have to check in at the airport. It does state pretty clearly in the email they send you.
    Gone ... or have I?
  • Yeah, you can't do online checkin for Marrakech. Don't worry though, although you will only be able to print out your outgoing boarding pass, you can check in at the airport on your return for no extra charge.

BIG WARNING - make sure you leave PLENTY of time when you return. Check-in has never taken me more than about 10 minutes when I've been returning on Ryanair from Marrakech but the passport queues have regularly been in excess of 45 minutes. So make sure you get to the airport with at least two hours to spare otherwise you have quite a high chance of missing your flight, even if you check in with plenty of time to spare.

Thanks so much for all your help, I feel much better about it now. Really should have read the T's and C's better! Regarding coming back I assume I use the original comfirmation from when I got the tickets?

Yeah just print it out and take it along - I only had to give them my passport anyway, they can look you up from that on its own.

Have a fab trip! Don't miss out on the orange juice in jemaa al f'naa square...

Yes it says in my email for Marrakech flight - on-line check-in is not available from Moroccon airports.
It doesn't say there is no extra charge though, so assume practically they woudn't apply this to each and every passenger from Morocco.
