I'm letting a friend store his hobby engineering workshop in my garage, while he builds one. This could be there for over 12 months, and can use it any time he wants, which I haven't got a problem with, as long as he pays for his own power consumption. Is there any way of monitoring his power comsumption so he pays for what he uses. The machines will be plugged into our mains( there are a couple of large lathes etc) and he will use them alot over the months
