Im new to this forum so forgive me if i break any rules or step on anyones toes. This is a great forum well done to all that keep it that way.My question is about posts that keep getting moved. The last one about Sammy wilson was moved to The money savers arms sub section Discussion time.Im from N.I but have never looked in the Money saver arms in my time here, only to locate the moved post. One of the Mods posted MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email [Removed by Forum Team]

This subject relates to N.IRELAND.I dont think many of the scottish welsh or english money savers, would even know who sammy wilson is.So should the post not remain on the N.I sub forum. What do others think.

With all these threads being 'moved' it's made a mockery of this section & has made it pointless in posting in here now......

I think its ridiculous to move all the threads, we're from norn iron, these issues are local, we all come here not 15 other forums to find out and give out information

The PMS thread getting moved amazes me who outside of norn iron is gonna be interested and isn't it financial related?

slightly over zealous if you ask me!

Oh for goodness sake, anyone who looks at the NI site can easily follow the link to where the threads have been moved too. It's not as if you all have to walk to them, you can still post on them exactly the same way you do on the NI forum. Now would you stop being such big babies and get off the board guide's back, she's the one who puts the work in for nothing and doesn't deserve all this!

I totally agree with you...well not really yes some threads should not be posted in the NI board BUT the majority of those moved are all NI related and of no interest to others other than in NI

The other point is that this seems to have happened over the last week where as in recent months very few have been moved.

All I would like in a reason for moving them.

I have been on AB's side over other moved threads but I don't understand this current stance.

Perhaps things like Christmas, work & family have kept the board guides busy in their real lives and they're only getting time to catch up now (perhaps it's something more personal). Anyone who wants a reason is free to email the abuse team who will put you in contact with whoever makes the rules which the board guides are asked to adhere to.

Seriously guys, any sort of moderating tends to be a thankless task at the best of times but people putting up threads (and there is more than one) moaning about the unpaid staff is just tight. Especially over something as trivial.

As I posted before I am not moaning about the unpaid staff, I know from personal experience what the job entails. It doesn't take very long to reply to a query either from AB or some other board guide, mod, admin etc. rather than a "form" answer
