Radiator reflector panel

I,m not sure if this is the right place for this enquiry., Does anyone know whether radiator reflector panels are worth buying and where to buy the cheapest and the best. If this is not the correct forum can someone redirect this . Many thanks :rolleyes:

The cheapest would be some Aluminium Baking Foil stuck on the wall behind the radiator.

As to whether they do anything is a matter of opinion.

There is absolutely no evidence from independant sources that they do anything at all to save energy.

If putting foil behind your radiator stopped the wall absorbing heat then we would line the whole room and solve our heating problems.

It is one of those ideas that seems like it would work, but it doesn't!
