halifax charges and financial hardship

I wondered what the procedure was for claiming FH. I called the halifax yesterday and as i already had a claim from before the cases were on hold they have added all the other charges onto my claim and have taken my details.I just wondered what happens next . Many thanks

    If you are wanting to claim financial hardship, then you need to put that in writing and ask them to re look at your case under those terms. Details of arrears and your income/expenditure and circumstance will be needed.
