3. Draw Closes 31st March 2009.
4. Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland., their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
6. Prize includes a 2-night stay on a bed and breakfast basis in Cambo House, near St Andrews, Fife based on two people sharing a double/twin room. Prize cannot be taken on public holidays, and must be taken before 31st December 2009. Prize also includes £200 spending money.
7. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party on 4th April 2009.
8. Prize is subject to date and room availability.
9. Transport allowance is included up to a maximum value of £100 in total. Amount provided will vary based on location of winner, distance travelled and travel method. The Promoter's decision on travel allowance is final.
10. Only one entry per household.
11. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
12. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries.
