Just a warning to anyone who signed up for the free 2 week trial they were running at the begining of Jan. T&C's specifically state you can cancel before 2 weeks are finished and you won't be charged the subscription fee of £49.95.
I cancelled via email after 3 or 4 days, and recieved email confirmation. Friday they debited by account by £49.95.
I called customer service who were actually very helpful, (although it was an 0845 number) did a search for my email (which took about 6 minutes on an 0845 number!) which they found and agreed to cancel my account and refund the payment, although they said it could take up to 14 days to reach my account.
I wonder how many people cancelled their free trial also and got charged?
