Hi,
A couple with one child, with a gross annual income of less than £ 18, 735
will not have to pay the court fee. Tax credits are included in the income assessment.
It is always best to sort the fee remmission before your BR, as they may not accept your income proof on the day. Contact your local county court.

Hello debt doctor and thank you. My OH income is approx 15,500 k. I am not working. I had my tax cred award through yesterday. But this shows the income I earned last year, which was £3,500. Will the court take that into account or just as my circumstances at the day of BR. Also come April my tax cred will be going down. It is just so confusing !! But ta for your help anyway.0
